Partner of the Attorneys at law «IMG Partners» Vadym Triukhan made a commentary to «Delo.ua» web-portal regarding the appointment of a new President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz.

"In my opinion, the key of our success or failure in the sphere of European integration lies in Kyiv. Thus, we have to do all our best to ensure that the EU, including the European Parliament and its new President, has no reasons for criticism of our actions, "- he underlined.

Analyzing Mr. Schulz personality, V.Triukhan said that "the appointment of a German representative as a President of the European Parliament proves that the willingness of EU leaders to increase the role of the EP in the difficult financial and economic crisis is there."

As for European integration of Ukraine, according to his view, "this appointment  will influence it in a positive way only. Strong European Parliament means strong EU. Strong EU is appropriate answer to all Ukrainian euroskeptics ".
